Life Harvester #19: Black, Young, & Educated
I’m selling these shirts to benefit Bukit Bail Fund. If you want one, fill out the form at bit.ly/2ZXtFiz and then venmo me $20-30 sliding scale. I know it says that the pre-orders closed yesterday, but I’m keeping the order form open an extra day for Life Harv email subscribers, but I’ll be shutting it down before I go to bed tonight. So order a shirt ASAP if you want one.
In our ongoing conversation about how to best utilize the modest Life Harvester platform in this time of social uprising where maybe the voice of a white trans woman is not the most urgent, Becca suggested that I hire Pittsburgh activist collective Black, Young, and Educated to write this month’s issue, and luckily for me, they were stoked to do it. I’ll let them speak for themselves. They wrote and designed this issue, and in the spirit of presenting their work in full, I’ve included it here as two images, though if that feels too difficult to read, here’s a pdf.
